A specialised leadership course, focusing on the skills and behaviours required for leaders to lead Agile teams and to be successful in an Agile environment. The agile approach is a powerful tool that improves project collaboration and team productivity.
This one-day workshop was developed by Erika Barden, inaugural member on the Master of Advanced Leadership Practice (MALP) programme at Massey University, New Zealand.
The course material is based on the latest research and years of experience in Agile.

No formal prerequisites, although a familiarity with leadership would be beneficial
